1. Pray for the Spread of the Gospel in Unreached Regions
Pray that the Good News of Jesus will reach those who have never heard. Ask the Lord to send laborers into hard-to-reach areas, and for open doors where access is restricted. Intercede for breakthroughs in places resistant to the Gospel, that hearts would be softened and the message would be received with joy. “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world…” (Matthew 24:14)

2. Pray for Missionaries on the Frontlines
Lift up missionaries who have left home to serve in distant or difficult places. Ask God to strengthen their faith, protect their families, and provide all they need spiritually, emotionally, and materially. Pray that they will abide in Christ, remain encouraged, and walk in holiness and power as they represent Christ. “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” (Romans 10:15)

3. Pray for Local Churches in the Mission Field
Intercede for churches planted among new believers. Pray they will grow in maturity, unity, and biblical faithfulness. Ask for local leaders to be raised up and trained to shepherd their communities with wisdom. Pray that these churches will become sending centers for the Gospel in their own cultures. “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship…” (Acts 2:42)

4. Pray for Bible Translation and Distribution
Millions still lack access to the Bible in their heart language. Pray for Bible translation efforts to be completed swiftly and accurately. Intercede for printing and digital distribution in remote areas. Ask God to raise up skilled translators and open doors for entire communities to receive His Word. “The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.” (Psalm 119:130)

5. Pray for the Persecuted Church
Remember those who suffer for their faith in Christ. Pray for courage, endurance, and joy amid hardship. Ask that they would be strong in faith and a witness to those around them. Pray for families separated, churches destroyed, and lives threatened—that they would not lose heart. “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness…” (Matthew 5:10)

6. Pray for Spiritual Awakening Among the Nations
Ask God to pour out His Spirit in revival, awakening hearts to Christ in every nation. Pray that entire communities would be drawn to Jesus through visions, dreams, miracles, and the faithful witness of believers. Ask for national leaders and influencers to come to faith and lead others toward Christ. “I will pour out my Spirit on all people…” (Joel 2:28)

7. Pray for Unity and Collaboration in Mission
Pray for greater unity among churches, mission agencies, and believers across denominations and cultures. Ask God to heal divisions and help us labor together for the sake of the Gospel. Intercede for collaborative mission partnerships that respect cultural wisdom and honor indigenous leadership. “That all of them may be one, Father…” (John 17:21)

8. Pray for Mobilization of the Global Church
Ask God to awaken the Church to her missionary calling. Pray for believers in every nation to rise up and respond to the call to go, send, support, and pray. Intercede for the next generation to catch the vision for global missions and step into their role with boldness. “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few…” (Luke 10:2)

9. Pray for the Power of the Holy Spirit in Missions
Intercede for the Holy Spirit to lead, empower, and sustain every aspect of missions work. Pray for miracles, healings, and signs that confirm the Gospel. Ask the Spirit to convict hearts, comfort the suffering, and guide the Church in wisdom and truth. “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…” (Acts 1:8)

10. Pray for Strategic Prayer Movements to Grow
Pray for churches and individuals around the world to engage in strategic, Spirit-led prayer for missions. Ask God to raise up intercessors with a global vision. Pray for consistent rhythms of prayer, for prayer guides to be widely used, and for the Spirit to ignite passionate intercession for the nations. “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” (Colossians 4:2)
