In remote and hard-to-reach regions, transportation is a major barrier to gospel ministry. Our gospel partner teams often walk long distances to serve communities. Providing motorcycles empowers them to travel safely, reach more villages, and sustain ministry among the least and unreached with greater effectiveness, consistency, and care.
Your support helps a Gospel partner reach a village
In many of the regions where Reaching Frontiers and our gospel partners serve, terrain is rugged, roads are scarce, and distances between villages are long. Missionaries often walk for hours or have to pay hire transport costs, just to reach the communities they’re called to serve. This not only limits their reach but also exhausts their capacity for ongoing discipleship, evangelism, and follow-up.
The Missionary Motorcycle Support Initiative exists to meet this crucial need by equipping frontline workers with motorcycles, reliable, fuel-efficient, and versatile tools that dramatically improve access to the mission field. With a motorcycle, a missionary can multiply their reach, deliver resources, visit believers more consistently, and respond to urgent needs quickly.
Motorcycles allow teams to navigate rough paths, into villages that are otherwise inaccessible. They become instruments of the gospel—carrying not just the messenger, but Bibles, food aid, and hope into hard to reach areas.
In regions like Karamoja, Zombo, and Kaabong, missionaries testify that access to a motorcycle is transformative. It means more time with people, more frequent ministry opportunities, and safer travel. It allows them to bring the gospel deeper and wider, even in the harshest conditions.
The need is growing. As more indigenous Gospel partnerships grow, the need for motorcycle is urgent and its lack continues to hinder the work. With your support, we can equip these faithful workers with what they need to go further and stay longer.
